Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
Based
in China and reporting to our Service Leader for Greater China and
Country Director, you will:
-
Provide
technical and/or functional leadership in project implementation
-
Assist
in business development and account management activities
-
Assist
in consulting team development
Qualifications:
-
At
least 2 - 5 years' experience in Hi-tech implementation
-
Industry
knowledge in life science, consumer products, retail
distribution, Energy and/or hi- tech/manufacturing preferred
-
Good
interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation
skills
-
Possess
relationship management, issue management and negotiation skills
-
Excellent
command of Mandarin, and English
-
Flexible
and have potential to expand beyond current field/expertise into
other consultancy areas

Job Responsibilities:
-
A BT is responsible for liaising
sales and the rest of Times for the purpose of obtaining
information, addressing customer satisfaction issues, driving
revenue etc.

Understand the application of our
technology to a customer's business problems. This equates to
the mapping of Times technology to the account's business
requirements demonstrating Times's unique business value.

be responsible for delivering
high level presentations and demonstrations, while assisting the
sales organization in the completion of the sales cycle.

Staying current on emerging
technology, speaking about Times solutions and understanding the
customers business and how the proposed Times solution will meet
or exceed their critical success factors.

Understand local market and
territory
Job Requirements:

BS degree major in Computer
Science or Information Technology or above
-
Good communication both of
English and Chinese in oral and written
-
Self motivated, passionate with
your work, teamwork spirit.
Specifications:
-
Candidates must have 10+ years of
experience as an IT practitioner, with at least seven years of
working with large and complex customers.

A high degree of professionalism,
customer service, and enthusiasm. Has a background of or a good
awareness of at least 1 vertical business sector

Must have a strong attention to
detail, excellent analytical skills and strong communication
skills.

High quality leadership skills,
with self-starter mentality.

Rich business knowledge and
understand the sales process

Broad and thorough technology
awareness

Knowledge of Times solutions is a
plus.
